You might have the time, but not the mental capacity or physical energy to do something meaningful.

Equally, you might have the energy and brain space, but not the time.

In either case you may need to be more ruthless with what you’re putting your time and energy into, or limit your success in a certain area of your life.

We all have a time and energy limit, and it’s not realistic to always be at 100% effort from the moment you wake up, to when you fall asleep, but spending a little time thinking how you can maximise your resources is a good use of energy.
