When trauma happens and you find yourself in hell, hold onto the fact that we are designed to find meaning.
It doesn’t mean that you wanted it to happen, that you’re glad it did or that you can even imagine where your life is going next.
But meaning can bring peace and possibly happiness in different ways, even if that’s further down the line.
So spend time feeling. Thinking. Sharing with others. Take action if you want to.
As you do, you’ll start to learn more about yourself and others. You’ll find the silver linings and your new direction will start to take shape.
