A little heads up – this is a bit of a pep talk, because sometimes it takes a jolt. So please take it as it’s intended (positive), and nothing else.


It’s ok to be down from time to time, but prolonged gloom makes it difficult for you and your loved ones.

They will support you, and stick by you. But sitting in a hole for too long makes you difficult to be around (if not difficult to love…).

Make a change.

Make a bunch if needed.

Your feelings, your responsibility.

That can be hard to accept.

But keep investing in yourself until you find a happier place.

Do it for you, and everyone else will benefit too.

Let it go; start something new; clear out your clutter; take some more pride in your appearance.

You’ll feel better and so will the important people in your life.
