Actfullness – deliberate thinking and purposeful action towards meaningful outcomes


If the goal is positive feelings (e.g. happiness, fulfillment, satisfaction, peace, confidence, optimism) as often as possible.

Then self-mastery is the route to those feelings.

Self-mastery has 4 elements: knowledge, experience, maturity and wisdom.

Actfullness is how you improve your ‘score’ in each element of self-mastery, therefore increasing your ability to achieve the outcomes that make you feel good.

Actfullness is therefore the lowest level denomination to achieve positive feelings.

The idea is that if you practice Actfullness, the rest will follow.
